Sarah will scan your chakras and biofield with her hands to discover where you may be holding stuck energy or blockages in your body. She will also check the energy flow in your front and back chakras, along with a few minor ones as well.

Reiki promotes healing, peace, relaxation and general well-being for each client on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. It also supports and enhances ongoing healthcare. Sarah will work with this energy to encourage self-healing as the client releases what they are ready to let go of.

In this session we will focus on different techniques so you can restore your mind and body. At the end of the session we will discuss how your chakras looked, intuitive information, messages and some light coaching to help guide and empower you. In-Person or Remote/Distance available.
